Own end-to-end quality for healthcare SaaS products through manual and automated testing. Build test automation frameworks using Python and Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress; perform API, performance, and security testing; integrate tests into CI/CD; manage test coverage and QA environments; support release readiness; ensure HIPAA coverage; define quality metrics; document defects and test strategies; collaborate with engineering and product teams; and mentor junior QA staff.

Owns day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of healthcare customers using Lightning Bolt Scheduling. The role drives product adoption, workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, retention, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include monitoring account health with Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, and Looker; resolving escalated issues; coordinating internal teams; maintaining customer documentation; and supporting onboarding, training, and optimization. Travel to client sites may be required.

Supports daily accounting operations, including cash applications, payment processing, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, accounts receivable research, escheatment, and month-end close activities. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, collaborates with Collections and Finance teams, and helps improve accounting processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.
