Senior leader responsible for directing mega-capital life sciences projects (> $200M TIC) from concept through operations. Provide strategic governance, risk mitigation, financial oversight, cross-functional integration (engineering, quality, regulatory), and mentor project teams. Ensure compliance with GMP/FDA/ISO/EHS standards, lead portfolio planning, and drive operational readiness, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across multi-geography programs.

Lead project controls tasks for biomanufacturing projects including schedule, cost, and performance management. Develop integrated schedules, budgets, variance and risk analyses, dashboards and monthly status reports. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, maintain project controls systems, and support CAPEX, validation, and operational readiness activities.

The Business Development Manager will develop markets and engage customers, supporting Covaris workflows in proteomics. Responsibilities include strategy execution, customer relationship management, and sales support.
