Lead design and delivery of complex core & shell projects, managing design authorship, technical execution, QA/QC, consultant coordination, regulatory submissions, contract administration, client communication, and staff mentorship throughout all project phases.

Lead design and delivery of complex science and technology lab projects, ensuring lab planning and MEP systems meet research requirements. Translate technical lab needs into design decisions and budgets, manage documentation/QC, coordinate consultants, handle regulatory/AHJ submissions and construction administration, mentor staff, and contribute to pursuits and client communication.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for architectural projects: manage scope, fee, budget, schedules and staffing; coordinate clients and teams; monitor construction administration; control risk; mentor staff; support marketing and client relationships; ensure compliance with project delivery standards.

Contribute creative design work across schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Produce and self-check drawings in Revit and Rhino, coordinate with partners and consultants, participate in reviews and presentations, and pursue professional credentials (ARE/AXP, LEED GA, Living Design accreditation).

Support the marketing director and studio leadership by preparing proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations; manage social media and website updates; coordinate events, PR, and award submissions; research markets and maintain firmwide databases while ensuring brand-consistent graphic design and clear communications.

The Project Accountant collaborates with project managers to track financial performance, conducts accounting functions, prepares financial reports, and supports budgeting and tax filings.

Lead laboratory programming, master planning, and design for complex scientific facilities. Translate user needs into lab layouts, manage equipment planning, coordinate MEP and consultants, produce architectural documents, mentor staff, and support business development and sustainability integration throughout project delivery.

Lead design tasks within a collaborative architecture studio, producing schematic through construction documents, coordinating consultants, selecting materials, supporting presentations, mentoring others, and ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and project delivery standards.

The role involves technical planning and programming for laboratory facilities, leading design development, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project compliance and quality standards.

Serve as Operations and Project Managers' right-hand: organize and oversee Project Coordinator team, manage project data and templates, coordinate invoicing and contracts, support training and development, track project status/invoicing/schedules, produce meeting minutes, and perform administrative and operations tasks to ensure deadlines and processes are met.
