Lead design through all phases delivering schematic designs, presentations, and construction documents. Manage project goals, budgets, codes, and consultants; mentor staff; drive client relationships, marketing, and sustainable living-design credentials. Coordinate technical review, field measurements, visualization, and design development to ensure quality and compliance.

The Project Accountant collaborates with project managers to track financial performance, conducts accounting functions, prepares financial reports, and supports budgeting and tax filings.
