Lead design and delivery of complex core & shell projects, managing design authorship, technical execution, QA/QC, consultant coordination, regulatory submissions, contract administration, client communication, and staff mentorship throughout all project phases.

Lead design and delivery of complex science and technology lab projects, ensuring lab planning and MEP systems meet research requirements. Translate technical lab needs into design decisions and budgets, manage documentation/QC, coordinate consultants, handle regulatory/AHJ submissions and construction administration, mentor staff, and contribute to pursuits and client communication.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for architectural projects: manage scope, fee, budget, schedules and staffing; coordinate clients and teams; monitor construction administration; control risk; mentor staff; support marketing and client relationships; ensure compliance with project delivery standards.
