Software engineering internship focused on building and shipping full-stack features for Persona’s identity platform. Interns will design scalable systems, work directly with customers, collaborate across product and business teams, and receive dedicated mentorship. Responsibilities include developing product features, handling large-scale data workloads, applying data modeling and schema design, and delivering projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Owns post-sales customer operations by designing lifecycle processes, customer engagement systems, reporting, playbooks, automation, and scalable workflows. Partners with Post-Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes, renewals, expansions, adoption, and churn management. Evaluates go-to-market tools, supports onboarding and enablement, coordinates strategic initiatives, and uses data to guide operational improvements.

Manage multi-entity general ledger accounting, global balance sheet accounts, tax compliance support, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and monthly close activities in NetSuite. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, variance analyses, consolidations, and tax schedules while partnering with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting.
