The Payroll Specialist will perform multi-state payroll processing, manage records for new hires, ensure compliance with tax laws, and respond to payroll inquiries. Responsibilities include auditing labor, reconciling commissions, and managing paycheck distribution, among other tasks.

Support and evolve the enterprise analytics platform: build and maintain cloud data pipelines (ingest, transform, curate), develop analytics-ready datasets, create Power BI reports and semantic models, apply Python and AI workflows for automation and validation, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with finance and IT to deliver trusted analytics.

Perform month-end close, post journal entries, maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, reconcile accounts, update inventory systems (DBS/CDK), analyze gross profit, prepare audit documentation, assist senior accountants, and complete ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.
