The Payroll Specialist will perform multi-state payroll processing, manage records for new hires, ensure compliance with tax laws, and respond to payroll inquiries. Responsibilities include auditing labor, reconciling commissions, and managing paycheck distribution, among other tasks.

Manage RDLC-compliant regional training center, develop technician training pathways, design non-technical curricula, partner with colleges and external providers, measure program effectiveness, manage budgets, and drive continuous learning and trainer development across the organization. Role includes stakeholder engagement and up to 30% travel.

The Marketing Coordinator assists in implementing marketing programs, conducts market research, organizes events, manages customer databases, and develops satisfaction programs.

Manage end-to-end delivery of power systems projects: ensure on-time, within-budget execution; coordinate vendors, logistics, and field crews; maintain quality control, contract compliance, project financials, invoicing, and customer communication. Travel up to 20%.
