Leads SITECH’s sales department, including strategic planning, revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, customer acquisition, team development, manufacturer partnerships, inventory management, forecasting, compensation programs, and P&L oversight. The role develops business plans, manages key accounts and OEM relationships, negotiates pricing, drives sales performance, and coordinates with finance, credit, rental, and earthmoving teams. Travel to company, customer, and vendor locations may reach 50%.

The Payroll Specialist will perform multi-state payroll processing, manage records for new hires, ensure compliance with tax laws, and respond to payroll inquiries. Responsibilities include auditing labor, reconciling commissions, and managing paycheck distribution, among other tasks.

Processes invoices for equipment and rentals, tracks post-sale claims and Caterpillar PINS reports, prepares sales commission vouchers, and maintains deal packets and equipment records. Coordinates with sales, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely invoicing, claim recovery, audit compliance, and accurate filing. The role also supports process improvement, administrative tasks, training, safety meetings, and customer and coworker communications.
