Own and improve end-to-end release processes for iOS and Android: manage branches, versioning, build promotion, app store submissions, rollouts, hotfixes, and rollbacks. Coordinate release readiness, lead go/no-go decisions, troubleshoot build/signing/submission issues, monitor release health, automate release tasks, and maintain release documentation and runbooks.

Own and optimize retention and engagement for Phantoms trading products via push, email, and in-app campaigns. Build complex CRM automations, run experimentation with Data Science and Product, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, revenue, and reduce churn across prediction markets, spot trading, and perpetual futures.

Lead end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and high-visibility moments. Evolve Phantom's visual identity and design system, translate briefs into creative work, partner with Growth/Marketing/Product, present to stakeholders, and introduce scalable processes and AI tools to improve creative output.
