Leads high-complexity process development and industrialization projects, integrating lean manufacturing, developing manufacturing BOMs, and aligning product design with production. Oversees process technology development for new products and technology roadmaps while ensuring safety, regulatory, environmental, and company-policy compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and independently drives transitions from product development to full manufacturing.

Implements, configures, and optimizes Philips Xper Hemodynamics solutions for hospitals across North America. Conducts clinical workflow assessments, trains healthcare professionals, troubleshoots application issues, supports implementations, and gathers customer feedback. The role bridges clinical practice and healthcare IT while partnering with clinicians, IT teams, and hospital stakeholders. Extensive field travel by air and automobile is required.

Consults with customers to design, configure, implement, and drive adoption of digital pathology solutions. Analyzes clinical and laboratory workflows, recommends operational improvements, supports solution execution, and partners with account teams and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes. Requires strong pathology laboratory or oncology diagnosis experience, workflow analysis, solution design, project management, and healthcare technology consulting skills. This field-based role requires travel of up to 80%.
