Own Phonely’s brand and product design as its first designer. Responsibilities include auditing existing design, establishing visual identity, building scalable design systems, creating intuitive interfaces for voice AI workflows, maintaining consistency across web and product experiences, and collaborating with engineers to implement designs. The role also involves using AI tools such as Claude, contributing frontend code, and defining design practices for the company’s growth.

Owns revenue and business operations alongside pay-per-call marketplace operations. Responsibilities include managing HubSpot workflows, reporting, forecasting, funnel analysis, billing and reconciliations, partner onboarding, campaign launches, compliance checks, and monitoring and tuning voice AI agents. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering and requires strong analytical skills, operational ownership, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup.

Own Phonely’s voice AI product from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Build and prioritize the roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, define measurable outcomes, and establish the company’s product processes. The role also sets product vision, supports go-to-market efforts, and helps determine which customer and revenue opportunities the company can pursue.
