Own Phonely’s voice AI product from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Build and prioritize the roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, define measurable outcomes, and establish the company’s product processes. The role also sets product vision, supports go-to-market efforts, and helps determine which customer and revenue opportunities the company can pursue.

Own Phonely’s public voice and build its content engine from the ground up. Produce 5–10 or more pieces weekly across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other relevant channels. Manage the full production process, including story development, filming, directing, editing, publishing, audience engagement, and repurposing content into paid creative. Collaborate with engineers, sales representatives, founders, and customers to uncover compelling stories and represent the company at events, customer sites, podcasts, and launches.

Own customer deployments from kickoff through production, coordinating customers, engineering, and product teams. Lead technical onboarding, configure API and webhook integrations, validate workflows, track account health, support expansion, synthesize customer feedback, prototype proofs of concept, and maintain project documentation and runbooks. The role requires strong project management, technical fluency, proactive ownership, and comfort working in an ambiguous SaaS or AI environment.
