Lead and support strategic account management: maintain revenue projections and CRM records, review CRM compliance and presales artifacts, reconcile engineering burn and delivery expectations, track customer satisfaction, identify process gaps, and negotiate and execute MSAs and SOWs.

Lead ideation and concept development to drive brand, product, and marketing creative direction. Partner with strategy and product teams, mentor designers and writers, explore trends and new formats, build concept decks and presentations, and ensure creative excellence across multi-channel campaigns.

Design and prototype innovative UX/UI concepts during early-stage product discovery. Collaborate with researchers, creative leads, and product teams to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, validate concepts through testing, and present visual narratives and design rationale to stakeholders while maintaining usability and accessibility.
