Lead discovery, ideation, and strategic creative direction for digital experiences. Facilitate workshops, define experience vision and storytelling frameworks, develop high-level concepts and brand expression across digital platforms, present to executives, and mentor design and content teams to ensure creative excellence.

Plan and conduct generative and exploratory qualitative research (interviews, ethnography, diary studies) to uncover user needs and cultural drivers. Synthesize insights into personas, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, and recommendations. Partner with creative, design, product, and strategy teams for concept validation, storytelling, and to inform creative direction. Maintain research ops, documentation, and advocate ethical, user-centered practices.

Design, build, and modernize cloud-native applications on Azure (AKS, App Services, Functions). Maintain and enhance legacy React/.NET applications, develop REST APIs, monitor performance, and migrate .NET apps to microservices. Act as subject-matter expert in asset management, communicate with stakeholders, and support full-stack development across frontend and backend technologies.
