Design, build, and scale backend services for real-time food ordering and operations. Write high-quality Java/Go code, ensure reliability, observability, and testability, design scalable databases, analyze data with SQL, mentor engineers, and collaborate with frontend, mobile, product, and operations teams to improve production systems.

Support city operations by ensuring operational data integrity, running QA and data audits, managing permits/licenses and payments, training and supporting the operations team, liaising with external counsel, and assisting broader business operations to improve processes and execution.

Lead city-level growth by closing new accounts, expanding existing customers, running local marketing activations, gathering field intelligence for HQ, and partnering with SDRs, national accounts, and restaurant teams to increase order volume and market penetration.
