Pigment Benefits Overview

The Head of Revenue Marketing leads strategy and execution for demand generation and growth marketing, optimizing processes and alignment across teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue. This role involves building marketing plans, managing resources, and ensuring success metrics are met in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Own regional supply chain go-to-market by partnering with Account Executives to identify SCP opportunities, lead discovery and solution framing, enable partners to co-sell, create repeatable sales plays, differentiate Pigment versus SCP competitors, drive pipeline and forecasts, support PoV scoping, and share accountability for supply chain revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers. Structure complex business problems, run executive workshops, translate requirements into solution designs with Solution Architects, leverage AI capabilities, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption and long-term value, and identify expansion opportunities into new use cases.
