As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive customer acquisition in the West Region, develop sales growth strategies, and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed sales targets.

Serve as a technical, client-facing advisor for strategic Pigment customers. Optimize platform usage, run workspace audits, advise on performance best practices and multidimensional modeling, align with Customer Success on roadmaps, lead parallel projects, and collaborate with Product & R&D to identify product improvements.

Lead Pigment's brand direction across visual, verbal, and cultural touchpoints. Build and govern creative identity, naming, and review processes. Manage in-house designers and agency partners, craft compelling B2B brand narratives and campaigns, use AI to scale creative output, and define brand health metrics to drive awareness and distinctiveness.
