Creates and coordinates client-facing communications about the firm's AI capabilities, including responses to inquiries, RFPs, website content, presentations, and thought leadership. Maintains approved messaging libraries, manages review processes, tracks AI client projects, and partners with marketing, legal, security, risk, and technical teams. Independently manages multiple time-sensitive projects and uses analytics and feedback to improve digital content and client engagement.

Develops analytics, dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions for law firm profitability, staffing, pricing, pipeline, matter performance, and AI utilization. Partners with leadership, engineering, data science, and knowledge management teams to ensure data quality, establish metrics, integrate AI insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for strategic and operational decision-making.

Owns the firm's intranet content roadmap, governance, publishing standards, and user experience. Leads the organization of AI guidance, training, and knowledge-management resources; coordinates content owners and partners with IT on functionality, search, accessibility, and improvements. Measures engagement, gathers feedback, manages intranet projects from requirements through launch, and supports AI-related communications and learning initiatives.
