Support business development by preparing client presentations and pitch materials, coordinating award submissions, maintaining attorney biographies and experience databases, managing events and webinars (invitations, RSVPs, social postings, on-site support), conducting competitor and client research, and handling ad-hoc BD/marketing projects.

The Business Development Specialist will assist in executing business development plans, updating marketing materials, monitoring news for opportunities, and managing client events.

The paralegal will support the Corporate & Securities group by managing corporate transactions, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with securities laws.
