Leads the technical direction, architecture, verification, certification, and flight-test readiness of flight-control systems across eVTOL aircraft programs. Oversees control law development, simulation, failure accommodation, envelope protection, and model-based design. Leads and mentors the flight-controls team while coordinating with systems engineering, safety, certification, firmware, autonomy, aeromechanical, and flight-test teams. Requires deep aircraft flight-dynamics expertise, senior technical leadership, and proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, C, and C++.

Design, tune, analyze, and verify flight control laws for eVTOL aircraft from simulation through flight testing. Perform system identification, update flight dynamics models, develop Monte Carlo and mission-level verification cases, analyze flight data, and support requirements traceability and flight-test planning. Collaborate with navigation, firmware, aeromechanical, systems engineering, and flight-test teams while reviewing designs and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads flight control law architecture, design, tuning, verification, system identification, and flight testing for VTOL/eVTOL aircraft. Owns control performance across hover, transition, forward flight, degraded conditions, and failures. Defines requirements and verification strategies, analyzes flight data, improves models, leads flight tests, mentors engineers, and advises leadership on flight-control-related aircraft and systems trade-offs.
