Leads complex semiconductor flow-control product development programs from inception through manufacturing transition. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, prototyping, testing, design validation, production readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, clients, and internal stakeholders. Requires strong mechanical engineering and mechatronics knowledge, technical project leadership, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with project management tools. Travel is less than 10%.

Maintains developer platforms and Linux infrastructure, including self-hosted GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, package repositories, Django applications, databases, and Dockerized services. Supports manufacturing systems, server and network operations, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and datacenter initiatives. The Embedded Software Engineer designs, develops, and tests software interfacing with hardware. Key tasks include firmware development, performance optimization, and hardware-software integration using C and C++.

The Applications Development Engineer provides technical support for gas delivery systems, collaborates on process optimization, and manages project activities in semiconductor manufacturing.

Develop and execute reliability programs for semiconductor process control products. Design and run ALT, FMEA, Weibull and reliability growth tests; perform failure analysis and statistical modeling; monitor field data; support supplier qualification; drive corrective actions and DFx inputs; generate reliability metrics and reports to ensure product and industry-standard compliance.

Responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems, collaborating with teams, conducting research, and developing innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for AR/AP processing, journal entries, inventory tracking and audits, reconciliations, and month-end close reporting.

Lead development and execution of supply chain strategy, oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory, logistics, and risk mitigation. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, define KPIs, and implement continuous improvement to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery performance.

Lead supplier quality program including incoming and lot inspections, first article inspection, supplier qualification and audits, MRB dispositioning, root-cause investigations (8D/CAPA), and supplier scorecards across Fremont, Malaysia, and Korea with regular international travel.

Lead and evolve Fremont's quality function, administer document control/eQMS, unify multi-site QMS practices, mentor quality staff, manage supplier quality, support ISO 9001 audits, participate in CCB, and represent quality in customer interactions and international audits.
