Leads complex semiconductor flow-control product development programs from inception through manufacturing transition. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, prototyping, testing, design validation, production readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, clients, and internal stakeholders. Requires strong mechanical engineering and mechatronics knowledge, technical project leadership, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with project management tools. Travel is less than 10%.

Maintains developer platforms and Linux infrastructure, including self-hosted GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, package repositories, Django applications, databases, and Dockerized services. Supports manufacturing systems, server and network operations, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and datacenter initiatives. Collaborates with IT, development, QA, and manufacturing teams to improve infrastructure resilience and automate deployments.

Develop and maintain automated and manual product test processes, including test plans, setups, reliability testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical reporting. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to improve testability, product reliability, and manufacturing transition. Maintain test documentation, optimize methods, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The role includes 10–20% travel for supplier audits and onsite support.
