The Director of Core Engineering leads the Core team in developing foundational technologies for high-performance graphics applications, oversees engineering practices, manages team leads, and collaborates with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.

Lead strategy and operations for on-prem Kafka and support Perforce-based asset version control. Maintain mission-critical Linux services, automate with scripting and IaC, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with production/engineering/vendors, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotations.
