Lead and grow the web engineering team for APFM.com, owning delivery, technical quality, performance, accessibility, and observability. Partner with Product, Design, SEO, and Content to translate roadmaps into well-scoped work, drive technical decisions with senior engineers, hire and develop engineers, and uphold engineering standards across testing, security, and Core Web Vitals.

Design and build core LLM platform primitives, safety and observability infrastructure, provider abstraction and evaluation systems, prompt lifecycle and Agent-as-a-Service; collaborate with product teams, document reference implementations, and lead technical standards to enable other engineers to build production AI features.
