Responsibilities include onboarding, training, support, customer communications, issue escalation, contract renewals, expansions, and identifying upsell opportunities. Leads and scales multidisciplinary engineering teams developing mission-critical defense and intelligence software from satellite imagery and APIs. Owns architecture, data models, AI/ML integration, deployment pipelines, system reliability, SLAs, and ITAR/EAR compliance.
