Manage global month-end close, accounts payable, inventory accounting, foreign entity accounting, and financial reporting across US, European, and Asian subsidiaries. Own Rillet ERP, revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, audit readiness, statutory compliance, and accounting documentation. Partner with the Controller, auditors, local accounting firms, procurement, AR, and offshore accounting teams while building scalable processes and developing the accounting function.

Develops new DNA sequencing products from scientific concept through scalable, production-ready workflows. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, designing and executing feasibility experiments, developing and validating library preparation methods, scaling successful approaches, contributing to product launches, and collaborating across product, bioinformatics, production, automation, commercial, and marketing teams. The role also guides laboratory staff and applies molecular biology expertise to accelerate customer adoption and revenue.

Lead strategy and execution for short-read DNA sequencing services: conduct customer research, define roadmap, manage lifecycle from concept to launch, set pricing and positioning, enable go-to-market, and track performance to drive adoption and revenue.
