Own Plaud’s verbal identity and copy system for the AMER market. Define voice standards, tone, style guides, and governance while writing and directing copy for product launches, campaigns, web, product, and lifecycle channels. Partner with product marketing, brand, design, channel, and leadership teams to turn product features into compelling messaging. Build scalable editorial systems, train teams, and use AI writing tools to increase production speed and consistency.

Perform manual testing for web and mobile features across Teams, pricing, growth, recording, transcription, subscriptions, governance, and billing. Create reproducible bug reports, track fixes, contribute to test plans and regression suites, define acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams, and validate releases and bug fixes.

Develop global data privacy, AI governance, and compliance policies; advise executives on regulatory risks; embed privacy-by-design across AI and cloud products; negotiate data protection agreements; and coordinate legal responses to security incidents, breach notifications, investigations, and communications.
