Monitor and analyze growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Build and maintain dashboards and reports, support design and validation of growth experiments, identify drivers of metric changes and anomalies, and collaborate with cross-regional analytics stakeholders to ensure analytical consistency.

Lead and grow a global community team, define and track KPIs, oversee day-to-day operations and escalations, partner with Product/Engineering/Marketing on feedback, run community programs and scale advocacy, and optimize tools and processes to improve engagement and support.

The role involves owning core lifecycle phases, defining strategy, leading experiments, analyzing data, and guiding specialists to improve user outcomes.
