Lead creation of a Resource Planning function for the Studio Business Group. Build forecasting, capacity and demand planning, vendor/outsourcing analysis, internal resource-sharing processes, analytics, and executive reporting. Partner cross-functionally, lead a team, and provide strategic, hands-on decision support to optimize staffing, costs, and portfolio delivery.

Serve as strategic operating partner to the VP Head of Operations, building and leading a Strategy & Planning team. Establish and run the executive operating rhythm (reviews, KPIs, planning, risk management), synthesize cross-functional performance insights, produce executive decision materials, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and accountable execution across studios and SIE partners.

Lead end-to-end iOS mobile testing: define strategies and test plans, execute manual and automated UI/API/integration tests on simulators, devices, and cloud platforms, triage defects, expand automation, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve app quality and stability.
