Lead and coach a team of three BDRs while carrying personal quota (up to 50% of time). Own and iterate outbound playbook, use AI tools to scale prospecting, convert inbound interest to qualified meetings, partner with Sales and RevOps on handoffs, and recruit and ramp new BDRs.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and scalable pipelines (training, inference, monitoring) using NLP/LLM, classification, recommendation, and prediction techniques. Collaborate with product and engineering, optimize latency and costs, and implement retraining and observability for healthcare workflow automation.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, IaC, and CI/CD for serverless and containerized services. Improve developer experience with internal tooling and self-serve abstractions. Define observability standards, investigate performance bottlenecks, support incident response, and automate security and compliance workflows. Participate in on-call rotation and postmortems to improve reliability and operational excellence.
