Configure the Plenful platform for new customers, lead customer-facing implementations, provide technical support, and manage implementation timelines. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to define requirements, communicate customer feedback, develop use-case templates, and support expansions. The role requires solving technical problems, explaining complex concepts clearly, managing multiple accounts, and working with healthcare integrations and data formats.

Lead finance strategy for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, including annual planning, forecasting, capital allocation, unit economics, cash runway, pricing, board reporting, and financial systems integration. Partner with business leaders on investment decisions, improve reporting and forecasting rigor, and build the finance and accounting team. The role also requires technical accounting expertise, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, and experience supporting financing, exits, or IPOs is preferred.

Build and improve internal systems and processes supporting company scalability. Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and support. Improve Notion-based knowledge management, documentation, governance, and discoverability. Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, using technology, automation, and AI to streamline fragmented processes and deliver scalable solutions.
