Leads Plenful’s design function, setting product design strategy and partnering with Product and Engineering leadership. Responsibilities include customer discovery, workflow simplification, AI-native prototyping, design team growth, design systems, and measuring design impact on adoption, customer outcomes, and trust. This player-coach role remains hands-on while establishing scalable design practices for complex B2B healthcare software.

Leads and develops a six-person Technical Customer Success team while managing a customer portfolio. Provides hands-on guidance for SQL, API, healthcare integration, configuration, and product investigations; leads complex escalations; improves triage, documentation, tooling, automation, and training; tracks team and resolution metrics; and partners with Account Management, Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation to improve customer outcomes.

Lead and mature Plenful’s company-wide security program across application, cloud, infrastructure, security operations, incident response, compliance, and customer trust. Manage a small team, establish security roadmaps and controls, partner with engineers on vulnerability remediation and secure development, strengthen AWS and AI/ML security, oversee SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST initiatives, and communicate security risks to executives, customers, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
