The Senior Director, Clinical Operations oversees and manages clinical studies, ensuring timely execution, GCP compliance, and development of budgets while leading the Clinical Operations team.

Designs and executes in vitro and in vivo experiments for tissue-specific drug delivery, manages CRO studies, supervises research associates, analyzes and documents data, and communicates results to interdisciplinary teams to advance drug discovery programs.

Perform and optimize molecular and cell-based assays on cell and tissue samples, including immune cell isolation, flow cytometry, transfection, ELISA, and immunofluorescence. Maintain accurate records, analyze and report results, troubleshoot experiments, support research projects, and contribute to adoption of new technologies within the translational sciences team.
