Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales. Partner with senior leaders, develop diverse candidate sourcing plans, track hiring metrics, improve recruiting processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role requires strong executive communication, independent ownership, urgency, creativity, and the ability to support scalable recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales. Partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, source diverse candidates, track recruiting metrics, improve scalable recruiting processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires executive communication, independent ownership, urgency, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Finance, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal teams.

Own the architecture, roadmap, and production operation of Podium’s AI agent platform. Lead engineers building orchestration, tool use, memory, reasoning, evaluation, safety, and reliability systems for customer-facing agents. Drive capabilities from prototype to scale, optimize latency, cost, and quality, and partner with Product, Infrastructure, and customer teams. Establish engineering practices for testing and responsible deployment while representing AI Agents engineering in leadership decisions.
