The role is fully remote and suited to an early-career, coachable sales professional motivated by performance-based compensation.

Manage B2B SaaS customer accounts by driving renewals, retention, net revenue retention, and expansion revenue. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor customer health and adoption, negotiate contracts, and mitigate churn risks.
