Lead execution and day-to-day operations for a globally distributed engineering team (~10 engineers). Own sprint commitments, release cycles, incident management/on-call, asynchronous processes, and delivery metrics (DORA). Champion AI-augmented development, mentor engineers, and balance planned roadmap work with reactive bug triage to maintain high velocity and uptime.

As the Implementations Engineer, you will lead merchant onboarding, manage technical integrations, ensure operational readiness, and facilitate smooth transitions to ongoing support, driving project success and efficiency in logistics.

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems, improve operations with intelligent workflows, and collaborate on high-leverage AI opportunities.
