Build Pragmatike’s venture capital partnership channel from the ground up. Identify and engage VC firms, investors, platform teams, and operating partners; position Pragmatike as a trusted talent provider for portfolio companies; develop strategic partnerships; generate revenue opportunities; and collaborate with founders on go-to-market strategy. The role requires autonomous, relationship-driven business development across the global startup and technology ecosystem.

The Founding Tech Recruiter will build recruiting systems from scratch, engage with the startup community, and recruit for various technical roles, directly impacting company growth.

Build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine: define messaging, prospect, and generate meetings with startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America. Work directly with founders to iterate playbooks, manage your own pipeline, and grow the business in a remote, high-ownership startup environment.
