Teams at Premier America Credit Union

Provides financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, investment transaction processing, and financial modeling support for a credit union. Prepares closing packages, board and committee materials, variance reports, cash flow projections, Call Reports, FR2900 reports, and financial statements. Supports accounting, ALCO, budgeting, and finance committees while maintaining procedures and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

Leads 4–5 concurrent enterprise projects from planning through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and quality. Applies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; facilitates Jira-based Agile ceremonies; reports progress and metrics to senior leadership; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and mentors project managers and delivery teams. The role also supports portfolio reporting, process improvement, operational integration, and continuous improvement.

Directs the Enterprise Project Management Office by managing project and program professionals, overseeing enterprise initiatives, tracking portfolio performance, managing risks and dependencies, and enforcing consistent Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery practices. Partners with executives, business owners, and product owners on prioritization, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
