Manage one specialist, design structured onboarding and enablement programs, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, HR, Revenue Ops), drive AI/tool adoption, and connect enablement to measurable revenue outcomes while scaling the team and governance.

Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications and RESTful APIs. Collaborate in Agile teams using GitHub/Git and Visual Studio. Ensure quality through testing, debugging, documentation, and observability. Troubleshoot and enhance existing software, mentor teammates, and promote security, reliability, scalability, and compliance.
