Provide direct outpatient nursing care within the LPN scope: administer medications and treatments, assist providers with exams and procedures, document patient condition and care in the medical record, monitor and report changes, and support a compassionate, patient-centered clinic environment.

Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care including rooming, vitals, immunizations, medication administration, wound care, phlebotomy, specimen management, triage of calls/MyChart messages, patient education, vaccine management, documentation in EPIC, and support with scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations.
