Lead multiple technology implementation projects end-to-end using Presidios PM methodology. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, change control, and quality. Drive communication, risk mitigation, and client relationships while participating in PM process improvements and maintaining relevant certifications and tools proficiency.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for engaging with customers, driving business growth, nurturing accounts, and meeting sales targets through relationship management and operational efficiency.

Manage allocation and optimization of internal talent across technical, PM, engineering, and managed services functions. Maintain skills inventory and utilization dashboards, forecast demand, champion internal-first staffing, coordinate with HR and vendors, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership to improve capacity, utilization, and hiring decisions.
