Teams at Prime Data Centers

Leads and scales Prime Data Centers’ technical training function across multiple sites and regions. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, certifications, curriculum, competency standards, procedural training, safety, vendor partnerships, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. The role builds the training organization, recruits and develops staff, coordinates with operations and engineering leaders, and ensures workforce readiness, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in mission-critical data center environments.

Provides electrical engineering support for data center design, construction, expansions, retrofits, and upgrades. Reviews designs, proposals, calculations, equipment submittals, construction deliverables, and standards. Performs power, load, arc flash, coordination, PUE, lighting, and underground heat analyses. Supports commissioning, factory testing, customer meetings, troubleshooting, value engineering, MOP reviews, and development of electrical and MEP standards.

Leads mechanical engineering efforts for mission-critical data center projects, including new construction, expansions, retrofits, standards development, design reviews, construction support, equipment evaluations, value engineering, controls review, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with operations teams, consultants, suppliers, construction partners, and customers. Reviews mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC controls, energy, hydraulic, and CFD analyses while supporting factory testing, site meetings, and emergency response.
