Leads full-cycle corporate recruiting, primarily for technology roles, from strategic workforce planning and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partners with senior leaders and hiring managers, builds diverse talent pipelines, strengthens employer branding, tracks recruiting metrics, and advises on talent acquisition strategies. The role requires strong networking, assessment, communication, negotiation, and Applicant Tracking System skills.

Manage and expand relationships with mid-market and enterprise payables clients. Lead onboarding, strategic account planning, business reviews, performance analysis, and growth initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes, product development, and internal processes. Maintain Salesforce records, provide thought leadership, monitor industry trends, and represent the company at industry events.

Leads multiple billing engineering teams through managers and direct team leadership. Owns hiring, performance, culture, delivery, reliability, cross-team coordination, OKR/KPI alignment, incident response, engineering maturity, and AI-native practice adoption. Partners with Product and Design leaders, develops managers and engineers, maintains consistent standards, resolves systemic defects, and ensures cross-team commitments and customer outcomes are delivered.
