Recruit and manage affiliates and advocates, create UGC and social content, develop referral programs and incentives, cultivate partnerships with patient advocacy groups, and capture/publish sensitive patient stories across channels.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement AI-enabled patient experiences, develop APIs, and enhance genetic sequencing workflows.

Own post-sale relationships for biopharma accounts: run regular cadences, surface insights and risks, consolidate customer feedback into a prioritized product backlog, deliver data-driven presentations, partner with BD and engineering to scope improvements, build lightweight AI-assisted automations, and support account strategy, renewals, and expansion.
