Own the enterprise insurance sales cycle from prospecting through expansion. Build relationships with carriers, MGAs, TPAs, insurtechs, and claims leaders; create target-account plans; run outbound, events, discovery, demos, evaluations, and negotiations; and close complex deals. Partner with founders, product, and engineering while maintaining deal accountability, CRM accuracy, forecasting, and customer feedback. This hands-on individual contributor role requires building an independent book of enterprise insurance accounts.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including account targeting, outbound prospecting, discovery, technical demos, evaluations, negotiation, procurement, closing, and expansion. Partner closely with founders and internal teams while maintaining pipeline, CRM, follow-up, and forecasting. Sell AI-native products to engineering, data, and AI leaders, use events and referrals to generate demand, and feed customer insights into messaging, demos, and product development.

Build and deploy full-stack solutions directly with customers, owning work from discovery through implementation. Partner with product and engineering teams, advise customers technically, balance speed with maintainability, explore varied technology stacks, and ship user-facing features in response to feedback. The role involves React and backend development, database and API work, customer collaboration, and independent field execution.
