Lead and scale end-to-end contracting across client, provider, partner, and vendor agreements. Build processes, SLAs, CLM (Ironclad) ownership, templates/playbooks, and governance. Manage and mentor a contracting team, negotiate complex agreements, partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive operational excellence and reporting across the contract lifecycle.

Design and implement scalable full-stack healthcare software: build APIs, data services, and SPAs; prototype new capabilities; ensure compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST); use cloud, IaC, CI/CD, and containers; collaborate with product and architecture; and mentor engineering peers.

The Manager of Web and Mobile Engineering leads engineering teams to enhance digital channels, mentors engineers, and ensures the delivery of web and mobile services that meet user needs and business objectives.
