The role also develops executive recommendations and mentors junior capital markets professionals.

Leads enterprise AI innovation through hypothesis-driven pilots, evaluation, and experimentation with agentic workflows, RAG, text-to-SQL, and emerging LLM techniques. Designs secure, observable, cost-aware AWS architectures, develops reference implementations, and transitions successful prototypes into scalable enterprise patterns. Communicates technical findings, business impact, tradeoffs, and recommendations while evaluating AI tools, frameworks, vendors, and research.

Leads enterprise performance management by connecting strategy, financial and operating plans, forecasting, KPIs, resource allocation, and leadership decisions. Builds integrated planning and performance processes, uses AI and advanced analytics for forecasting and risk identification, partners with Technology and Data teams on decision-support tools, and drives adoption across business units. Advises senior leaders on investments, priorities, returns, and risks while developing a cross-functional performance management team.
