The Senior FEDM manages front-end development for capital projects related to power generation, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while navigating local approval processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Supports global compensation programs through salary, incentive, and equity planning; job evaluation; market pricing; survey participation; workforce data analysis; reporting; and compensation guidance. Partners with HR Technology, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition while maintaining Workday data integrity. Contributes to process redesign, automation, AI-enabled tools, compliance reviews, and compensation-related projects.

Leads enterprise AI innovation through hypothesis-driven pilots, evaluation, and experimentation with agentic workflows, RAG, text-to-SQL, and emerging LLM techniques. Designs secure, observable, cost-aware AWS architectures, develops reference implementations, and transitions successful prototypes into scalable enterprise patterns. Communicates technical findings, business impact, tradeoffs, and recommendations while evaluating AI tools, frameworks, vendors, and research.
