Responsibilities include creating and reviewing multiple-choice items, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives, collaborating virtually with test developers, providing feedback, and meeting deadlines. Candidates need U.S. citizenship, an advanced degree, recent college or university teaching experience in the subject, access to current academic resources, and strong writing, communication, research, and analytical skills.

Provides insurance expertise for licensing exam development and validation. Responsibilities include analyzing job tasks, creating and reviewing exam items, assigning criticality ratings, validating performance-based assessment checkpoints, participating in standard-setting and quality reviews, and ensuring alignment with state regulations, industry standards, confidentiality requirements, and exam security protocols.
