Drive new and expansion sales to government agencies, utilities, and regulated enterprises. Build account plans, navigate complex procurement processes, close enterprise deals, win RFPs, deliver tailored demonstrations, develop outbound strategies, manage prospecting workflows, maintain forecasts, and provide product feedback. The role involves establishing senior stakeholder relationships, collaborating with business development, marketing, and GTM leadership, and traveling up to 50% to meet customers and prospects.

Owns end-to-end government and commercial contracting across federal, state, and local procurements. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates solicitations, contracts, subcontracts, and customer agreements; advises on bid compliance, certifications, flow-downs, FedRAMP, security reviews, privacy, and regulatory requirements. The role improves contracting processes, manages outside counsel, tracks regulatory changes, and advises business development, deployment, product, and security teams on legal risk and deal structure.

Provide white-glove internal IT support: triage helpdesk tickets, provision and maintain laptops and security tooling, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain office A/V and network equipment, document runbooks, and support identity and access management and end users across offices.
