The role manages eight direct reports, builds repeatable sales processes, drives enterprise healthcare sales, coaches sellers, resolves underperformance, and partners with Marketing on sales content. This hands-on leader supports go-to-market expansion, new product launches, board-level reporting, and commercial growth in a remote-first, PE-backed environment.

Own new-logo acquisition and full-cycle enterprise sales across the Central US healthcare market. Build outbound pipeline, prospect greenfield accounts, engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, and lead complex vendor selections for $100K+ ARR opportunities. Translate healthcare SaaS capabilities into strategic value, navigate technical, legal, clinical, and financial requirements, and close large multi-location healthcare organizations.

Own end-to-end technical resolution of post-sales customer needs across the Immuware SaaS platform. Lead customer working sessions, configure workflows and permissions, write scripts or code, manage integrations and data corrections, and educate users. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to scope issues, develop fixes, document solutions, identify scalable improvements, and translate healthcare compliance requirements into effective platform solutions while managing multiple customer engagements.
