Teams at Proper Food

Oversee operations across 2–3 food-service locations and lead approximately 6–12 employees. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, performance management, inventory ordering, equipment upkeep, customer experience, catering and menu implementation, and coordination with the commissary kitchen. The manager maintains operational standards, supports staffing coverage, develops the team, and participates hands-on in daily store activities.
