Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, craft personalized outreach, screen top-of-funnel candidates, maintain ATS data, and share market and pipeline insights to improve sourcing strategies.

Manage executive scheduling and correspondence, new-hire onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits support, performance review coordination, events and offsites, travel logistics, and offboarding. Act as a partner to leadership to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and strengthen employee experience.
