Leads the global services operations function supporting training and advisory delivery across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include capacity planning, scheduling, delivery lifecycle management, KPI and financial reporting, quality programs, client experience, process improvement, systems adoption, automation, and building a new distributed operations team. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Product, Content, and regional delivery teams while driving scalable, consistent, and profitable service execution.

Lead global campaign operations across regions, owning campaign planning, HubSpot execution, QA, launches, measurement, website activation, and governance. Direct specialist partners, establish scalable standards and templates, improve automation, and collaborate with RevOps, Digital Experience, reporting teams, and regional marketers. Ensure reliable segmentation, workflows, tracking, attribution, data structures, and campaign quality across email, nurture, webinars, events, landing pages, and forms.

Leads Prosci’s IT engineering team and owns delivery and production operations across Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise AI, security controls, data infrastructure, and a customer-facing enrollment platform. The role manages engineers, vendors, cloud operations, incident response, capacity, disaster recovery, compliance, change control, and the transition of outsourced work in-house. It also establishes team processes, on-call operations, delivery cadence, and partnerships with enterprise systems, security, and service desk teams.
