Lead cross-product experience between Personal Loans and Credit Card products. Define and execute a multi-year vision to increase ARPU, design intelligent AI-enabled product recommendations and cross-product journeys, run experiments, partner with design, engineering, data science, credit and risk, and own strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end.

Own product strategy and lifecycle for credit card products: define vision, prioritize requirements, lead cross-functional teams, use data and A/B testing to iterate, and deliver customer-focused features that meet business and revenue goals.

Lead development of credit and fraud strategies using data, ML models, and advanced analytics. Design A/B tests, analyze portfolio performance, conduct root-cause and ad-hoc analyses, and partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to implement and validate risk and fraud prevention strategies while communicating findings to stakeholders.
