Write and optimize UX copy for web and mobile personal-loan and core experiences. Partner with product, design, research, and engineering to design user-centric flows, maintain content systems and AI/copy guidelines, run research and workshops, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and advocate for clear, scalable customer journeys that drive conversion.

Lead cross-product experience between Personal Loans and Credit Card products. Define and execute a multi-year vision to increase ARPU, design intelligent AI-enabled product recommendations and cross-product journeys, run experiments, partner with design, engineering, data science, credit and risk, and own strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end.

Design, build, and maintain automated identity and lifecycle management (Okta Workflows, Lumos). Implement Identity-as-Code (Terraform + GitHub CI/CD), enforce RBAC/ABAC, secure SSO/MFA across Google Workspace and Atlassian, apply compliance controls (PCI-DSS, SOC, NIST), integrate federation/auth standards (OAuth, SAML, SCIM), and evaluate/secure AI-first developer tools while collaborating with InfoSec, GRC, and engineering.
