Corporate Counsel will advise Prosper’s Capital Markets team on structured finance, secured lending, loan sales, servicing, credit facilities, securitizations, debt sales, and bank-partner agreements. Responsibilities include negotiating transaction and commercial documents, managing investor contract obligations, coordinating closings, supporting collections and recoveries, and advising on operational, marketing, and strategic matters. The role requires strong transactional judgment, collaboration, organization, and the ability to manage complex matters independently.

Designs, launches, and scales People programs covering employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, talent development, manager enablement, and career growth. Partners with HRBPs and leaders to translate organizational needs into effective employee lifecycle programs, facilitate performance cycles and workshops, analyze survey data, manage communications and change, and measure outcomes such as participation, retention, eNPS, and completion rates.

Build and maintain borrower-facing web and mobile applications for Prosper’s personal lending products using React and React Native. Own projects from architecture through launch, develop shared component libraries, integrate GraphQL and REST APIs, and improve performance, testing, accessibility, and developer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally, use AI-assisted development tools, mentor peers, and deliver polished, secure experiences in a regulated fintech environment.
