Supports executives with calendar management, communications, meeting preparation, action tracking, complex global travel, expense reporting, and special projects. Provides in-person travel support, coordinates across executive assistant teams and offices, manages shifting priorities across time zones, and handles sensitive information with discretion. The role requires responsive coverage, strong judgment, excellent organization, and availability for time-sensitive requests outside normal business hours.

Own manufacturing engineering for photonic hardware from R&D through NPI, pilot production, scale-up, and high-volume manufacturing. Develop precision fiber optic, optical packaging, electro-optical, cryogenic, and cleanroom processes; qualify tooling and equipment; create manufacturing documentation and process controls; improve yield, throughput, quality, and cost; troubleshoot production issues; lead readiness reviews; and transfer mature processes to contract manufacturers.

Leads development of passive photonic components for silicon photonic quantum computers. Responsibilities include photonic device design, simulation automation, PDK and device library development, foundry tapeouts, layout, validation, data analysis, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional technical leadership. The role also manages projects or personnel and supports integrated photonics and quantum optics system development.
