The Lead Implementation Specialist is responsible for data integration, reporting, and visualization, ensuring compliance, facilitating client support, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement in data processes.

Lead multiple complex, client-facing projects for state health and human services programs (Medicaid, SNAP). Manage schedules, budgets, contract compliance, cross-functional teams, sprint priorities, testing, proposals, training, and provide client support and travel as required.

Support and maintain Workday configuration, business processes, reports, dashboards, and releases. Provide Tier 1/2 HRIS support, perform data validation and testing, and assist with system enhancements and HR program implementations.
