Supports education technology service delivery for public-sector clients. Responsibilities include investigating client issues, coordinating resolutions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, supporting software enhancements, participating in user acceptance and regression testing, and assisting with releases, change management, and feature adoption. The role is intended for early-career professionals with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.

Conduct Supports Intensity Scale assessments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Virginia. Communicate with individuals, families, guardians, providers, and other stakeholders; document assessment information accurately; maintain professional relationships; and complete assessments according to program requirements. The hybrid role requires home-based confidentiality, extensive in-state travel, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Supports system integration and technology consulting projects by configuring and developing forms, templates, workflows, and software integrations. Produces code and technical documentation, troubleshoots systems, gathers client business requirements, and supports testing, conversion, quality, and project plans. Advises stakeholders on risks, issues, schedules, and budgets while applying SDLC methodologies, low-code platforms, cloud solutions, databases, and Agile or Waterfall practices.
